High Peak Running
Are you looking to improve your running speed, technique, strength and endurance?
You are in the right place, with 10years experience of training and racing as an endurance sports athlete in professional road cycling, long distance triathlons and ultra running I put my knowledge and all of the lessons I've learnt back into my coaching.
Coaching will be delivered though the Training Peaks platform and you will need a GPS watch or computer with a heart rate monitor.
After initial consultation via a phone call or meeting you in person I will start to work on developing a personalised plan for you. Coaching plans will be flexible and fit in around you work and family commitments.
